1. World Shocked by Terror Attacks in Brussels, Death Toll Still Rising

The city of Brussels, Belgium fell victim to a series of ISIS-claimed terror attacks during Tuesday’s morning rush hour at the Zaventem airport and downtown Maelbeek subway station.
