I definitely don’t think Ron Paul is the end all be all for Libertarians, I just felt he was a good example because he’s easily recognizable. But you’re right, Gary Johnson would have been an excellent source, as well, and I’m glad you pointed him out for anyone who wants to know more. I’m interested to see what the future holds for the party, but nothing will happen unless people keep the discussion going.

And even back then people complained he didn’t exemplify libertarianism enough. I know you’re just starting to learn about the party but I think that Gary Johnson, the actual libertarian nominee in 2012 is a much better person to quote than Ron Paul.
