Vacation is OVER. Okay, not for all of you students, but for some of you it’s already back to the second semester grind. As my favorite legal tweeter for this week put it, “It’s like I’m in a dark tunnel, lost, with no light at the end of the tunnel and no flashlight.” Depressing? Yes. Totally, 100 percent accurate?
