This article is incredibly skewed. Three counties are included in the “Idaho Falls metro area” Idaho Falls is far from metro especially considering they had to use THREE counties for the data. It also seems wrong to exclude Madison county. Interesting choice.

I doubt this is accurate. You cannot include the entire MatSu Borough in Anchorage’s statistics. That would include Wasilla, Palmer, Butte, Sutton, Chickaloon, Willow, Big Lake, Trapper Creek, Talkeetna, Houston, just to name a few.
