Statistically America is the most dangerous of ALL developed nations – period! The reason is a legal system that creates career criminals through punishment rather than rehabilitation. You think harsher laws and zero tolerance will protect you, but it the exact opposite.

That’s because people with a lower income are not as likely to vote for republicans who give tax breaks to the wealthy and are the puppets of corporations. People with a lower income also can’t afford expensive lawyers to get them off, and they are the most likely to commit crimes because they need money. Fix the economy.

The State of Alaska is indeed the most dangerous State in the Union, but it’s not the People of the State, but rather the government itself. The State of Alaska has a 97.5% conviction rate, with a quota system of arrests, which means if you are arrested you will be convicted. The Alaska law enforcement agencies if you combine the wages and costs for Judges, lawyers, probation officers, prisons, correctional officers is over $450 million dollars a year – more than California. Defendants are compelled to sign over their Alaska Permanent Dividend check to their appointed lawyers over all other creditors. The State is known for those placed under probation or parole to leave the state in unbelievable numbers due to the oppressive system. The Alaska Supreme Court rules the State with an iron fist. Any laws passed by the Legislature has to be confirmed first by the ASC. Any referendum by the People can be voided or modified within 90 days. The People are not allowed to change the Constitution under the Referendum process. Only the Legislature can, with pre-approval by the Alaska Supreme Court. In leiu of the separation of powers – check and balance system of government – it is the Alaska Judicial Council that confirms Supreme Court judges. Lower judges are appointed with non-opposition elections every ten years solely requiring a “yes or no” vote. Even the voters “votes” are scrutinized so intensely there is no real secret ballot because the State knows how a person votes and who the person is who voted. When a person is targeted for prosecution and the quota system, the State goes out of its way to obstruct due process inclusive of forced confessions, relocations away from and denial of access to potential witnesses, increased or changed charges, partial destruction of transcripts involving exculpatory evidence for appeal, fabrication of evidence, computer and witness tampering using threats, and the list goes on. In one case, where I did my research for the book that I am presently writing, “The Alaskan Gulag” regarding an Alaskan Judge, he’d never found a man innocent in 20 years on the bench. And, other judges aren’t far behind. The rampant prosecution misconduct in so many cases are so shocking to the point of unbelievable, such as 1. a female prosecutor confronted over filing a false bail report by a judge who then recused himself, had a defendant “choked” in the courtroom to assure he remained silent to the new judge’s telephonic request about her report. One witness who taken in and told to make a complaint had banged their head against the wall and pulled out gobs of hair to stop the interview because the State’s claim didn’t happen. One man who pleaded “mercy with the court” for lying on a job application about having a 4 year degree instead of his 2 year degree stating he was supporting 6 children – was given 10 years in prison. Yes, Alaska is dangerous – to Alaskans!
